I am helpful, solution-oriented and easygoing. I’ve over 15 years of experience in the field of business law. I have worked previously e.g. at KPMG, where I worked not only as a specialist but also acted as the client manager and the business director and I was lastly responsible, among other things, for the small and medium cap business sector in Uusimaa region. In 2017 I founded Lecklé, whose story I have had the privilege to build with the amazing Lecklé-people.
For me, client work is much more than just handling the assignments. The people and persons behind our clients are often my good acquaintances and many are also my friends.
My special expertise are corporate transactions and restructurings and corporate law. I assist clients also in other tax and business law matters. Because of my background and experience I have broad knowledge and expertise beyond taxation and law and I am happy to spar with owners and management.
