Han­na Huh­ta­la

I have the practice of almost 20 years in taxation and corporate law and I am specialized in value added taxation. Prior to working at Lecklé, I worked in Big Four- company and as a co-founder of LexAlvia. Lecklé purchased LexAlvia´s business operations in 2022.

My clients are from both public and private sector and I assist them in various kinds of questions. In addition, I lecture for several training organizations. My favorites are VAT of real estates, construction services and international trade for which I have specialized in.

I graduated with a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki in 2009. In addition, I have completed court training in Pirkanmaan käräjäoikeus and I have master´s degree from economics (M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration). I have published VAT considering publications together with the best experts of the value added tax field.
