I am a social and calm lawyer who enjoys almost any athletic activity. I graduated with a Master of Laws degree from the University of Lapland in 2014. Before joining Lecklé, I have gained legal expertise in areas such as the insurance sector and completed a year-long court training at the District Court of Central Finland.
While working at Lecklé, I have provided comprehensive assistance to our corporate clients in various areas, including mergers and acquisitions, contract matters, dispute resolution, employment law issues and corporate legal matters. My areas of expertise are mergers and acquisitions and contract law, and I dedicate the majority of my working hours to these fields. In my work, in addition to exceptional attention to detail and efficiency, I consider it crucial to prioritize the client's goals and wishes throughout the assignment.
