Mona Ryhänen
I was born and raised in Tampere and hold a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, majoring in tax law. I have over five years of experience in taxation, with a particular focus on international corporate tax. Before joining Lecklé, I worked at the Finnish Tax Administration as well as at Big Four firms.
My expertise lies in international corporate taxation, particularly in transfer pricing, permanent establishment matters, and cross-border restructurings. I also support our clients broadly in various domestic and international corporate tax matters.
Working in transfer pricing has given me a strong understanding of different business models and value creation. This helps me identify key tax risks and relevant issues at an early stage. My experience also helps me quickly grasp the bigger picture, align business realities with tax requirements, and find solutions that are both practical and tax efficient. This approach supports working with a wide range of clients, regardless of industry or company size.
In my free time, I mainly enjoy outdoor activities with my dog and staying active in various ways. I also try to make time for reading classic literature.
A fun fact about me:
A couple of years ago, I returned to a long-time hobby of mine—dressage riding. The same principle, “Keep it simple and ride forward,” applies just as well outside the riding arena.
