Lecklé advised Lounea Palvelut Oy in the acquisition of Rauma Energia Oy’s Sukkela optical fibre business
Lecklé acted as the buyer’s legal, financial, tax advisor in the transaction in which Lounea Palvelut Oy, a part of Lounea Group, acquired the Sukkela optical fibre business from Rauma Energia Oy.
The asset acquisition strengthens Lounea’s already strong position in the optical fibre market and significantly increases the number of connections operated by Lounea.
