Lecklé ad­vi­sed Lou­nea Pal­ve­lut Oy in the acqui­si­tion of Vak­ka-Suo­men Pu­he­lin Oy’s op­tical fibre busi­ness in Nak­ki­la and Noor­mark­ku

Lecklé acted as the buyer’s legal, financial, tax advisor in the transaction in which Lounea Palvelut Oy, a part of Lounea Group, acquired the optical fibre business of Vakka-Suomen Puhelin Oy, operating in Nakkila and Noormarkku.
