Lecklé ad­vi­sed the sel­ler when Le­den Group acqui­red the en­ti­re sha­re ca­pi­tal of Ko­ne­pa­ja Sta­mac Oy

Oulu-based Leden Group has acquired the entire share capital of Konepaja Stamac Oy, a Seinäjoki-based company specializing in machining, milling and turning. With the acquisition, Leden Group will significantly strengthen its mechanization-related production in line with its growth strategy.

"From the very beginning, we saw that we share the same values and goals. We see that together we can offer a more comprehensive package to existing and new customers." says Pekka Anttila, CEO of Stamac.

Lecklé acted as legal, tax and financial advisor to the seller at all stages of the transaction. Lecklé’s representatives in this assignment were Arja Lehto and Juho Lehtimäki from the Legal- and Tax team and Henri Savolainen, Jere Hurskainen and Tero Kurvinen from the Corporate Finance -team.

Founded in 1997, Konepaja Stamac Oy from Seinäjoki specializes in machining, milling and turning. The services of its technically modern machining plant are trusted by several internationally renowned companies. The company's latest confirmed turnover is EUR 17.5 million and the company employs 64 people.

Leden Group is an international and growing contract manufacturer specializing in metals with factories in Northern Ostrobothnia, Ostrobothnia and Tallinn. With this acquisition, the Group's turnover will rise to one hundred million euros and the Group will employ more than 500 people.
