Lecklé advised the seller in the acquisition in which Nordic TEQT Group specializing in roof construction, continues to grow in the Finnish market as it acquires the major Finnish players in the field, Tammerbitumi Oy and Suomen Huopakatto Oy.

TEQT Group is a roofing contractor whose goal is to be the leading player in sheet metal and waterproofing contracting in the Nordic countries. The company consists of 37 locally operating actors with extensive expertise and experience in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Tammerbitumi Oy and Suomen Huopakatto Oy are well-known operators specializing in roof renovation projects for industry, commercial properties and housing companies, operating in Tampere, Oulu and Helsinki. The combined turnover of the companies is approximately EUR 13 million, employing 50 professionals in their field. The divested companies belonged to Tahoma Group in Pirkanmaa.
