Lecklé acted as the buyer's financial and legal advisor in an arrangement in which VV-Kuivaus Group Oy acquired the majority of the share capital of its franchise companies VV-Kuivaus Jyväskylä Oy and VV-Kuivaus Lahti Oy.

VV-Kuivaus Group Oy is a company specializing in various property damage restorations, operating nationally in six locations, employing several professionals in its field.
