I believe that in the Nordics we have great untapped potential in harnessing the differences of views and diversity of thought in our discussion culture. Developing enrichening discussion culture where both individuals and teams really thrive, is my central passion. I support our clients in really harnessing the knowledge capital and building unique culture that drives competitive advantage.
I combine newest research insights on leadership and teams to concrete solutions and concepts and I coach dynamic, value creating argumentation and discussion skills.
I’ve coached different professionals and organizations as well as taught in universities both in Finland and I Sweden for over ten years.
My education centers around the field of management and organizations. I have a master’s degree in Administrative sciences and I’m currently working on my PhD thesis on the use of different views in decision making. The research dives deep in to the topic with board meeting observations.
