Anu Jo­ki­nen

Over 15 years back I started my state official career at the Finnish Tax Administration. Regardless of the status and benefits of a senior official, I jumped into the field of consulting in 2020. First two years I worked in a Big 4 company and today the journey continues at Lecklé.

I have a master’s degree in business and economics and I have specialized in business income taxation, including the owner’s perspective. Combination of bookkeeping, tax calculation and interpretation of the law is essential in my work. Furthermore, I have gathered deeper knowledge in international taxation; permanent establishments, tax conventions as well as global mobility questions are familiar to me from the previous duties. During the last three years in the consulting business, I have also worked with business rearrangements and M&A.

I enjoy working with customers and what thrives me on is the possibility to find solutions and help in complicated tax issues. Finding ways to sort ambiguous questions out efficiently but by the law is sometimes demanding but certainly worth it.
