I am an approachable lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions and contract law. I graduated from law school in 2019 and have worked in law and attorney offices specializing in business law since my student days, assisting lawyers with various business law issues.
I have been involved in dozens of mergers and acquisitions and have handled several large transactions as the lead project manager together with the rest of the Lecklé team. This responsibility has enhanced my understanding of the big picture, and I know when to turn to the team for specific issues.
As an advisor, I strive for a solution-oriented approach. Business activities are full of opportunities, but they also come with risks. My goal is to clearly inform the client about the legal risks associated with the project so that decisions are based on a realistic understanding, and risks are consciously taken or avoided. On the other hand, a contract is always a compromise reached by at least two parties. Achieving a compromise requires the advisor to listen and understand what is important to the parties. Sometimes an acceptable formulation can be found outside the box by focusing on listening.
In my free time, I enjoy various ball games, especially tennis after a long break.
My special expertise includes mergers and acquisitions and contract law. In addition to a Master of Laws degree, I have completed the bar exam of the Finnish Bar Association.
A fun fact about me: As a child, I considered a career as a musician. The highest hourly wage I have earned in my career so far was in the 5th grade, playing Christmas carols on the trumpet in front of Stockmann in Tampere.
