Kaisa Koljonen
I am a business-oriented but humane HR Specialist with a rich background in different business areas, which I use to help companies and working communities to thrive.
Before diving into the HR world, I have co-founded an international Travel Agency and been involved in its journey from a very small company to a functional and thriving mid-sized company. During that time, I have gathered experience in all kinds of tasks from customer service to sales and marketing, and from creating and developing teams and their work to managing operations.
However, HR work is my passion, and I have had a chance to work for seven years as an HR Business Partner working on, for example, creating and developing HR processes, on HRM and HRD tasks, facilitating teamwork, working on tasks related to Occupational Health and Safety and work wellbeing, assisting payroll tasks and Management team and Board work.
Besides an HR-Specialist, I am also a Master of Arts (languages and culture), Workday Exerciser and soon to be Mobility Coach.
At Lecklé HR Lead I work as an HR Consultant and my work contains, for example:
