At Lecklé I have specialized in consultancy regarding corporate- and real estate transactions, various real estate- and real estate development related arrangements as well as commercial contractual arrangements of national and international nature. Furthermore, my role includes regional responsibility over Lecklé´s operations in the Uusimaa region of Finland.
With regard to my educational background, I hold two master´s degrees in law. In addition to my bachelor´s studies concentrating in Finnish legal sphere and my Finnish equivalent master´s degree, i hold an international master´s degree from the University of Edinburgh majoring in corporate legislation at European Union -level.
In addition to Lecklé´s offices in Helsinki, I am most likely to be found from a classic car event, cycling, cross country skiing or hunting.
