I head our dispute resolution and employment law practices. I focuse on commercial litigation, arbitration, and ADR. I also advise on all aspects of corporate governance and risk management. I have broad experience on commercial, employment and corporate disputes, criminal proceedings, and pre-dispute work.
I advise clients on all employment law related matters and have capacity to do full scope of general commercial and corporate work.
I am said by clients and colleagues to be a very pragmatic problem solver. I always keep in mind business needs and priorities, and tailor my advice in a way that fits these business needs without getting lost in the detail.
I have gained a wealth of leadership and management experience from working at trade industry organizations. For example, as CEO of ETU and Federation of Finnish Wholesalers and Importers, I have helped numerous entities active in the multi-channel market of trade in providing professional and consumer products and services to succeed in Finland and internationally.
As a person I could describe myself as a determined optimist who is used to influencing and taking responsibility. I throw myself into new challenges with curiosity.
