The acquisition aligns with Siili Solutions Oyj’s strategic objective to expand its business in the growing market of data and generative AI. Following the acquisition, Integrations Group will continue to operate independently as a separate company under its own brand. Siili is committed to acquiring the remaining shares of Integrations Group in stages in the coming years, under the terms specified in the shareholder agreement drafted as part of the transaction process.
