Lecklé advised Easoft Group Oy in the share transaction of Maplet Oy
Lecklé acted as the legal advisor to Easoft Group Oy in the acquisition of a majority stake in the shares of Maplet Oy.
Maplet Oy is a company founded in 2012 that has developed a map-based mobile work application for companies engaged in sales, installation- and maintenance business. Maplet Oy operates mainly in Finland, but there are also international customers.
The Easoft Group offers its customers a comprehensive solution for running and developing their business on a daily basis and improving customer satisfaction. Jukka Vasalampi, CEO of Easoft Group, recently commented the following about the transaction:
