Lecklé and Ven­tu­re Part­ners ad­vi­sed in the acqui­si­tion of Päi­vä­rin­teen Ti­mant­ti Oy

Lecklé acted as the legal advisor to the shareholders of Päivärinteen Timantti Oy in cooperation with Venture Partners Finland Oy, which acted as the advisor in charge of the transaction process, in which the share capital of Päivärinteen Timantti Oy was sold to Mehiläinen Hoivapalvelut Oy. As a result of the acquisition, the Onnenrinne nursing homes are now a part of the Mainiokodit nursing homes belonging to the Mehiläinen Group.

Päivärinteen Timantti Oy is a private company founded in 2016 that provides housing services and day activities for the elderly and operates in Northern Ostrobothnia. The company has facilities for 185 residents. Mainiokodit has 86 nursing homes across Finland with facilities for approximately 4,000 residents.
