Olli Paavola
I am a solution-oriented and practical lawyer originally from Seinäjoki. I work mainly with corporate and real estate transactions, contract law and securities law related matters. My way of working is entrepreneurial and business-oriented, and I aim to find clear and workable solutions for clients. My strength is combining legal expertise with a strong understanding of business, so that legal and commercial perspectives support each other naturally.
Before joining Leckle, I ran my own law practice as an entrepreneur, working mostly with transactions, financing arrangements, contractual matters and incentive structures. In addition, I have experience from leading Finnish business law firms, as well as from working as in-house counsel for a company listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. These roles have given me broad experience in transactions, real estate projects, listed-company regulation and different types of corporate arrangements. I have also completed the Finnish Bar Association’s bar examination.
In my free time, I spend a lot of time doing sports, especially ball games, cross-country skiing and gym training. That being said, I’m just as happy watching sports or a good film on the sofa.
