I am a business-minded, approachable lawyer with over 25 years of experience, known for my ability to listen to clients and approach matters from a broader commercial perspective. My genuine interest in new developments and technological advancements has shaped my career in legal services.
I hold a degree in Economics from the University of Vaasa and a Law degree from the University of Turku. Early in my career, I took up the fight against music, gaming, and movie piracy, both online and in real-world courtrooms. Following my legal clerkship at the Pirkanmaa District Court—a highly educational experience—I gained extensive experience in Finland’s largest law firms, focusing on business law, intellectual property (IP), and litigation. Before joining Lecklé, I led KPMG’s IPR services for nearly a decade, assisting clients with a wide range of business law matters.

My extensive trial experience spans hundreds of civil and criminal cases across all court levels, including the Finnish Supreme Court (e.g., KKO 2001:41 & 42 on piracy, KKO 2015:17 on piercing the corporate veil, and KKO 2020:34 on shareholder agreements).
