Mikael Kemppainen
With roughly half a decade of experience in both domestic and international M&A and corporate finance, I have advised private equity investors, private and listed companies, as well as public sector entities in executing transactions, financing arrangements, and valuation engagements across a wide range of industries.
Approaching projects with a generalist mindset regardless of industry, I have gained broad experience in buy- and sell-side processes of companies and real estate assets, management buyout arrangements, financial modelling and analysis, financial due diligence reviews, IPO readiness assessments, and valuations for various purposes. In recent years, my focus has been particularly on the infrastructure, energy, and real estate sectors, areas where long-term value creation is driven by thorough financial analysis.
To further strengthen my technical expertise, I have completed internationally recognized qualifications such as the FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) certification and coursework leading to member status with the American Society of Appraisers.
